Love2Shop wanted to show why anybody would want to receive a gift voucher at Christmas. They are seen to have the all the thoughtlessness of giving money but without the flexibility.

We did the unthinkable and positioned Love2Shop gift cards as the most thoughtful gift.

Every year people receive endless presents related to that one thing they’re into.

Be it football, sheep, baking, cars, or golf.

They’re bought to be thoughtful, but after receiving your millionth football mad keychain, you realise they’re anything but. The gift of choice is always so much better.

We created a name for this phenomenon – Gift-Typing – and a charity-style campaign to go with it, showing the suffering and our hope that one day we can make gift-typing history.
